The Higher Education Commission (HEC) invites applications from Pakistani/AJ&K nationals for the Stipendium Hungaricum Scholarship Program (2022-23), launched by the Hungarian Government under Higher Education and Scientific Exchange Program for Bachelors, One-Tier Master’s, Masters and PhD studies. There are more than enough courses, programs, or disciplines for the Pakistani students to study in Hungary with a fully funded Stipendium Hungaricum Scholarship under HEC Foreign Scholarships. Eligibility Criteria

Interested applicants to study in Hungary with Stipendium Scholarship 2021 under HEC Scholarships must fulfill the following eligibility criteria;


Students from Pakistani/AJK
Applicant must have at least 12 years or equivalent education or complete before 1st August 2023 to apply for the bachelor or One-tier master’s degree application and must be in between 18 to 22 years of age.
Students must have a bachelor`s or equivalent degree/transcript for master’s degree application or to complete before 1st August 2023 and must be under the age of 35 years.
Applicants must have a master’s degree/transcript or complete it before 1st August 2023 for Ph.D. application and must be under the age of 40 years.
Certificates/Transcripts/Degrees to be attached must be attested by the attesting authorities such as IBCC and HEC. Equivalence of O & A level from IBCC is mandatory.

All applicants are required to provide HAT or USAT test scores. Applicant must have obtained a minimum score of 50 out of 100 in the HAT or USAT test. Those applicants who have taken HAT or USAT test on or after January 01, 2022, may upload the test result on HEC portal for consideration. Without providing a minimum HAT or USAT test score (50 out of 100), applications will not be considered for further processing. Language Requirement: 

There is no specific language requirement for the Stipendium Hungaricum Scholarship 2023 by HEC but IELTS/TOFEL will be helpful and also depends on the University requirement. But it is not compulsory for students can apply without any Language test.
